If you're into slow scan television, then listen on 28.680kHz, the calling frequency. PSK31 can be heard on 28.120kHz. A good frequency to monitor is 28.200kHz. This is where the world-wide beacons are. They transmit CW identification and are a great indication as to band conditions.
